Module Design Partner

Recently I had the opportunity to chat with Brian Gaudio, CEO of Module - a modular home company based in Pittsburg with whom I’ve partnered up to help expand their market to the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas.

Module provides a promising alternative to the traditional site-built home construction process. By no means are they the first modular home company, but they’ve taken the approach of focusing on quality design and energy efficiency rather than purely on manufacturing.
